bloomer's app: faq
questions on how to use the app? we're here to help!
1. how do I earn points?
when you are in our store and about to pay, identify yourself in our tablet using your phone number (make sure to use the same phone number as the one registered in the app). that way you will be able to accumulate points with every purchase.
2. how do I add credits to my wallet (top up wallet) and use it in store?
in the bloomer's app, select the wallet top up option. you can add $50, $75 or $100 credit to your account.
there is no limit to how much credit you can add to your wallet and there is no expiry date to use your credits.
when you arrive in our store, you can use the credits by identifying yourself in our tablet with your phone number.
3. how do I purchase a gift card?
after purchasing credits to your wallet, you can share and send an amount as a *gift card* to your friend or family member. in the bloomer's app, click on *share credit* and add the amount you want to send as a gift!
your friend or family member will install the bloomer's app on their phone and register an account to be able to use the credit that they received from you. there is no expiry date for the credit/gift card that they received.
4. how do I redeem my points and gifts?
if you would like to redeem your points, login the app and select the item you would like to redeem your points for. it can be used towards donuts, coffee, tea, baked goods, and more! after you redeem your points, it will show up as a *gift* in the *gift list* in the app.
if you have a gift available to use (such as an item redeemed with points, a birthday gift...), you can use it in our physical stores. make sure to identify yourself with your phone number in our tablet in store and communicate with our staff to use the gift.
5. what kind of gifts can I earn?
we love having you in our bloomer's family! you will receive a special birthday gift, special promotions, and so. much. more! we also have seasonal gifts - make sure that your push notifications is turned on and stay tuned.
